Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags, dust bags, cases, and gift boxes intact.
- Items with security tags must be returned with the seal intact. Removal of the security tag makes the item ineligible for return.
- Pre-owned watches are not returnable.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible.
- Services such as ring resizing or Certificate of Authenticity are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Items must not be altered or damaged.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@luxgrial.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Shipping Label with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@luxgrial.com. All defective claims are subject to inspection.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
